Preparing your pup for a visit:
Any dog coming to Bur Oak's for extended training or even just a days visit must be current
on vaccinations. It is very important that Kennel Cough prevention has been given.
Your dog should be on a Heart Worm preventer.
Either apply Tick/Flea preventive before leaving your dog and/or leave a supply for its stay.
We feed a top quality premium feed, most dogs will get a minimum 30% protein, 20% fat (we will
be switching to Eukanuba Premium Performance in late summer 2011).
If your dog wears a flat buckle collar, keep it on the dog. No choke chain type collars. All
dogs coming in for basic training need a flat buckle collar.
On any visit please keep your dog in your vehicle until told otherwise.
Rates
Training (outdoor kennel)
$600 per month.
Training (indoor kennel)
$650 per month.
Boarding Only- $20 per day
Previous clients dogs will also be trained.
All dogs exercised twice daily.
Force Fetch Program only:
$600 for 1st month, $150 for each additional week.

Because of the various choices of products and to keep costs down, customer will need to supply
their own preventive, I will put it on the dog at no cost
Birds
Dogs Trained on thawed birds, both waterfowl and upland, No Charge.
Live Bird rates; Ducks $15, Pigeons $6
*Quail ($10),Chuckar ($12) and Pheasants ($15) can be obtained for upland work.

$50 per session.
Conditions
First months payment is to be made when dog arrives. Subsequent months payment must be received within 3 days of due date.
Owners are encouraged to visit weekly and
or take part in group training.
We take pride in the cleanliness and safety of our kennels and grounds. Unfortunately there
are inherit risks in boarding and training retrievers. Any and All Veterinary services will be billed to the owner.
